Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to get my product?
Each product you see on our website is made-on-demand, which means once you place the order, we start working to get it to you. It takes time for us to create and send out the product, but making each order on-demand allows us to avoid overproduction. This way we get to take care of you and the planet we all share.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you made a mistake with your address, you might still be able to fix it—if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
If the order hasn’t been fulfilled, you can send us an email as quickly as possible. Once an order is marked as Shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
If you would like to attempt to update the address, please include the following information in your email request:
-
Subject Line: Wrong Address & Include Order Number
-
Include the new ship to address and we will contact you within 48-72 hours to confirm if we were able to update the address before fulfillment.
What happens if it’s too late to change the address?
If the package is already out for delivery, we can’t guarantee any changes. That said, sometimes the local postal service can still deliver it if the mistake is small, like a missing apartment number, so the customer can try reaching out to their local carrier once the parcel has reached the final-mile carrier.
If they can’t deliver the order, it’ll be returned to us. Once the order is returned, we’ll notify you via email, and you’ll have 14 days to confirm the updated address for reshipping.
What if the tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive the package?
It can be frustrating when tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package. While we can’t issue a refund or cover the cost of reshipping, there are still steps you can take to try to recover the order.
Before placing a new order, we encourage you to:
-
Check around their property – Sometimes packages are left in unexpected places like porches, back doors, or behind furniture.
-
Ask others at the delivery address – A neighbor, housemate, or front desk may have accepted the package.
-
Contact the last-mile carrier directly – The carrier may be able to provide more detailed delivery information (e.g., “left under the bench near the garage”).
Why can’t you reship or refund “Delivered”, but missing packages?
If the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” we have no way to verify the claim that it wasn’t received. Because of this, we’re unable to cover reshipping or refunding the order.
What if my order is lost in the mail?
Sometimes packages can get lost in transit, and we’re here to help if that happens. If your order doesn’t arrive and the tracking status hasn't been updated in a while, please submit an email request—we’ll review the situation and help you resolve it. You’ll need to email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the order is considered lost by the carrier and falls within this timeframe, we’ll cover the costs of reprinting and reshipping it.
Please follow the below instructions:
-
Subject Line: Lost & Include Order Number
-
Include a description of the issue and we will contact you within 48-72 hours with instructions on next steps.
My order is being returned “to sender”—what should I do?
If your order is on its way back to us, don’t worry. Orders are usually returned because the address couldn’t be delivered to, but there are other possible reasons too (see Why do orders get returned?).
We first recommend you double check the delivery address was correct on the order. It’s also helpful to review the tracking information and check with the last-mile carrier to find out why the package was returned.
Note: Returns are not prioritized by carriers, so we’re not able to guarantee specific delivery estimates.
In most cases, they can take 2–4 weeks to be returned and processed at our facility. After it's processed at our facility you'll be able to reship the returned package. If you still want the item, you have 30 days from the date we notify you of the return to reship it, either to the same or a new address. If a new address is preferred, please email us and we will update and send you a confirmation.
Please follow the below instructions:
-
Subject Line: Return To Sender & Include Order Number
-
Include a description of the issue and we will contact you within 48-72 hours with instructions on next steps.
Why do orders get returned?
Orders can be returned for a few reasons, including:
-
An undeliverable address.
-
The package was unclaimed at customs.
-
It was refused or returned by your customer.
-
The parcel wasn’t picked up from a parcel locker or pick-up point.
Once the returned package arrives at our facility, you’ll receive a notification via email.
What if the order gets damaged in the mail?
If your order shows up damaged, we’ve got your back. We want to make things right as quickly as possible, so here’s what you need to do. We will contact you within 48-72 hours with instructions on next steps.
Please follow the below instruction:
-
Subject Line: Damaged & Include Order Number
-
Include:
-
A clear photo showing the entire damaged item,
-
Your order number
-
A short description of the issue.
Important Notes:
-
Using the email address linked to your account helps us locate your order faster.
-
A full photo of the damaged item is always required to assess the issue and offer a solution. Without it, we won’t be able to proceed with a reprint or any other resolution.
-
Once we’ve received your email and reviewed the report, we’ll follow up with the next steps via email. If the damage qualifies, we’ll cover the reprint and shipping costs.
Product & Quality
What materials do you use to make your apparel?
Our Hoodies and Crew Neck Sweatshirts are made of 80% organic ring spun combed cotton, 20% recycled polyester and our T-Shirts are made from 100% organic combed ring-spun cotton.
What is the black fabric on the inside of my embroidered item?
The "black stuff" on the back of embroidery from the embroidery backing, or stabilizer. It is a supportive layer of material that is placed behind the fabric during the embroidery process.
-
For stability: The backing provides a firm foundation for the stitches, preventing the fabric from stretching, puckering, or bunching up during embroidery. This helps the final design look sharp and professional.
-
For durability: By reinforcing the area where the stitching is, the backing helps the embroidered design last longer without distorting or unraveling.
What should I do about the black fabric inside my embroidered item?
You should generally not remove the black backing entirely, but oftentimes you can simply tear off the excess and leave only the embroidery thread. Other options…
-
Option 1: Leave it completely alone - The safest approach is to do nothing, especially if the backing isn't causing a problem. The material will soften over time after a few washes.
-
Option 2: Trim the excess backing - If there is a lot of excess material, you can trim it. Use a small, sharp pair of scissors to carefully cut the excess stabilizer, leaving a small border of about 1/4 inch around the edge of the stitching. To avoid accidentally cutting the garment, hold the backing and let the garment fall away from the scissors.
How do you verify your claim that you produce quality apparel?
Our supplies conduct durability tests on all products we sell to ensure they’ll stand the test of time. We also select suppliers with high-quality products that last many washes, keeping print colors vibrant and the fabric soft.
Are your T-Shirts preshrunk?
Yes, our T-shirts are preshrunk. Preshrinking is an important step in our process because it prevents significant shrinkage after purchase, ensuring a reliable and consistent fit over time. It also makes our T-Shirts more durable by stabilizing the fabric's fibers before it's made into a garment, preshrinking improves the overall durability of the t-shirt.
What is Embroidery material made of?
We embroider our products with 100% recycled polyester threads. These threads are also Oeko-Tex™ certified, meaning they’re safe for both adult and children’s clothing. Embroidery is generally more durable and produces less waste, as there’s no ink residue.
How do I care for my clothing?
To maintain the quality of our apparel, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle with similar colors using a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach (unless non-chlorine), and either hang-dry or tumble-dry on low. Iron inside out on a cool setting, avoiding any printed area. This ensures that the positive messages remain vibrant while prolonging the life of your garments.
How do I pick the right size?
Each piece includes a size guide to help you select the correct size. It can be located in the product information page.
Brand & Mission
What inspired your designs?
Our designs are inspired by the truth that you don't need to shout to be seen—your authentic self is powerful enough. This belief shapes every choice we make.
We create minimalist aesthetics because true beauty doesn't need embellishment. We choose organic materials to honor the earth that sustains us. We carefully select affirmations that bridge the gap between what you wear and who you want to show up as.
Most of all, we're inspired by the courage it takes to choose consciousness over convenience, quality over quantity, and self-love over self-criticism. Every piece reflects these values, creating clothing that serves your transformation, not your insecurities.
What is the meaning behind “And So Are You…”?
We hope you noticed that our affirmations are usually accompanied by this small reminder that everyone around you is a reflection of yourself. Oftentimes it's easier to acknowledge the qualities in others that you desire to see in yourself. “And So Are You” is a gentle reminder that your light doesn’t need to dim others.
What does "movement disguised as a clothing brand" mean?

This allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste, and we’re continuously working toward more sustainable production
.
We use environmentally friendly materials wherever we can, from our package inserts to our packing. We carefully selected recycled paper and paper stocks from sustainable sources, vegetable-based inks and use manufactures that recycle all waste products).
How do you verify your recycled fabric Eco-Friendly claims?
We verify recycled material content by collecting valid certificates from our suppliers. We accept both GRS and RCS certificates.
Recycled Content must be certified by:
-
GRS (Global Recycled Standard): This standard is for products containing recycled materials. It verifies the recycled content and tracks it through the supply chain, also addressing environmental and social criteria in the processing of the recycled material.
-
RCS (Recycled Claim Standard): Similar to GRS, RCS also verifies the presence and amount of recycled material in a product but has fewer environmental and social requirements compared to GRS.
